Opening Hours

We are open weekdays in the evenings from 6.30pm. We are closed during the day from Mondays to Fridays.

On Saturdays we are open from 11am to dusk.

We are closed on SUNDAYS and BANK HOLIDAYS.

Boarding in and out is after 6.30 each weekday evening and after 11am on Saturdays.

Pied Suffolks

Pied Suffolks are £20 at point of lay. We have Pied Suffolks in stock.

Pied Suffolk hens are Rhode Island Red based hybrids and so have the prolific egg production associated with that breed. They lay brown eggs and maintain an excellent shell quality. They are a nice size bird with a very thick plumage. This makes them a hardy bird and well suited to our climate.

They have a striking appearance; a black body with black and white neck feathers gives them a very elegant look. This look can vary wildly from black with white flecks to white with black flecks. All in all the Pied Suffolk is a very pretty bird, with an added touch of elegance.

They suit the garden hen environment and are perfect as a starter bird or an addition to an existing flock.

They are hardy, docile birds and ideal as pets.
