Vet Wound Powder 20g £4.00, 125g £8.00
This is a marvellous antiseptic powder for use on minor wounds, cuts bites and scratches. Very effective on all animals.

Purple Spray £9.50
Contains chamomile, tea tree, lavender and arnica to cleanse, protect, soothe and aid natural healing. It contains a purple die to protect the wound against pecking from other hens, who are naturally attracted to red and will attack an open wound mercilessly on a fellow hen. It is anti-bacterial, anti-viral and anti-fungal and for use on humans as well as other animals. A 'must have' in the medicine cupboard.

Scaly Leg Spray £9.50
Scaly leg spray will repel the scaly leg mite while soothing and calming the irritation on the hen's legs.

Witch Hazel 500ml £7
The use of With hazel seems to be in decline, but it can be applied on bruises, sprains and localised inflamed swellings. It can also be applied to insect bites and minor burns such as sunburn. It may be used externally, wherever there has been bleeding.
Feeding Chickens

It is important that your chickens have a balanced diet. They will fill up on tasty scraps and corn first, if given the opportunity, so the trick is to make the nutritious food freely available and to restrict the bulky food. A balanced diet, as for humans, consists of proteins, carbohydrate, fats, minerals, vitamins and water.

The main food to give your chickens is layers pellets and or layers mash.

2. Second hand hutch that is £45, giving a good saving on the new price of £99. It is in very good condition.
